I have been told by many people, friends and family, that I would be a great teacher. I think this is true. I love school and can not imagine being away from school. If I could be a student forever I would. However, I can not be a student forever; someday I will need steady income to pay the student loans I have taken out.
Teaching is the perfect job for me; I love to interact and teacher other people. I also think that teaching high school makes teaching even better. I believe that high school teachers are life changing. Not only are teachers people who educate students, but they also inspire.
One of the things I am worried about in the Secondary Education program is that I am not going to like teaching teenagers. I know that they can be very difficult, but I think I can handle it.
